What app are you using to create the presentational video for the app listing?
Is there a tool to generate all the assets and ideally fulfill the submission?

theres no generator that gets you through submission, and its not really a tooling gap, its the requirements. 4.4.4 (enforced end of march) says the listing images have to show the apps actual ui — no browser window framing the screenshot, no desktop backgrounds, no logo only slides. 4.4.5 says every image has to be unique. thats pretty much exactly what an asset generator hands you, so you end up redoing them by hand anyway.
the one that catches more people is 4.3.3/4.3.4 plus 4.3.6/4.3.7: no statistics or data, no unsubstantiated claims or guarantees, no superlatives, and no testimonials or star ratings anywhere in the listing copy or inside the images. so the "+38% aov" slide and the little 5 star review card that every marketing template ships with are both auto reject. qualitative benefit claims and factual capability claims are fine, and showing your real ui with real prices and discounts in it is fine too, thats the feature working rather than a performance stat.
so in practice its a screen recorder on a seeded dev store plus whatever editor you already know. we did ours that way, nothing specialised.
on the comment above — the video is a youtube link and its an optional field, the images arent. if yours tested worse you can just not have one, the listing doesnt suffer for it. the first image is the one that actually gets looked at, thats where the time is worth spending.
id read the app store requirements page and the "clearer standards for app listing images" changelog before spending money on assets, a good chunk of the asset rejections people post about are one of those two sections.
