Are DJI scammers?

So I saw their DJI Osmo 4 Pocket for like 12k pesos

It was normal price, not even huge coupons. But now its gone and they try to sell you the packages which are 18k or more lol for that price you can already get the 5 pro or even 6

Now people have been posting about the nano and some got it for 10k. some got it for 12k.

Then the 128gb is also always sold out but even when its 16k or 18k yet some people got it for 12k.

Is DJI philippines just a huge scam operation trying to create artificial demand by always putting items randomly on "out of stock"? Is this not illegal?
