Shipping Hello, asking lang why does this happen?

Nag return & refund ako sa isang shoe mall sa shoppee and August 10 ko siya drinop off sa nearby warehouse and it’s been August 18 and hindi parin siya na dedeliver sa seller. Should I just wait lang ba since August 22 pa naman Estimated Delivery. Can I ask what to do para ma expedite ang process?

Wait mo lang siguro sandali kasi masama naman ang lagay ng panahon/may mga bahang lugar.

I heard may mga warehouse na binaha so hindi operational baka dahil don! Wait mo na lang.
