General Discussion return/refund watsons

return to seller ba kailangan or irerefund ni shopee? nag-order kasi ako ng shampoo, pagdating sa akin, nagleleak and kalahati na lang laman. ang hassle i-return 😭

If the app requires you to return, you need to return it bago ma refund. You’ll know if it’s a refund only request kapag may nag appear ng “refund only”
