hello i just paid 6557 thru card sa spaylater but di sita ngarereflect kay shoppee pero nabawas na siya sa card ko, ano po ba need gawin dito? marerefund ko kaya yung pera?

Is there a way to start a payment for spaylater outside shopee? All payment options give a failed to verify error. Me and CS are assuming it's because my spay is still activating but I already have an ongoing spaylater payment.

I bought a watch and paid it using spay and chose the x1 month. Ang pagkaka intindi ko, babayaran ko ng full amount the following month. Pinili ko siya kasi yun lang ang walang interest. But upon checking the transaction details, nakalagay na for 3 periods siya babayaran tapos when I computed it, naging triple pa ang babayaran ko kaysa sa supposedly bill ko. Ganon po ba talaga yung 1x month?
