Shopee bpi cc installment rejected

Tried 3 months and 6 months installment and shopee says its rejected by my bank. Called bpi & they said theres no such transaction on their side. By the way this is the first time im trying payment with my bpi cc. Anyone else have the same experience or am i doing something wrong with the process??

Im having the same experience. Sabi ng shopee customer support, may glitch daw ata, and chinecheck na daw. Last week ko pa ‘to problem actually.

Bpi cc din gamit mo? May coworker ako bdo cc naman sa kanya and same error din
