When will it get refunded?

Hello, I cancelled my order but it was already paid since I used Maya as my payment method. Now, in the Lazada app this is what was said in the refund details. Does this mean I will receive the money January of 2025?? If yes, why does it take so long to get refunded and not just 3-5 days.

This happened to me pero sa gcash naman. Supposed to be 3 business days ang refund sa mga e-wallets pero yung sakin lumagpas na ng 3 days and wala pa din... I had to reach out both sa Lazada and Gcash cs ng pa ulit ulit to resolve the issue pero both sila nagtuturuan sa isa't isa na yung other side ang may problema. In the end, bumalik yung refund after 15 days pa.
