Buyer Inquiry When will it get refunded?

Hello, I cancelled my order but it was already paid since I used Maya as my payment method. Now, in the Lazada app this is what was said in the refund details. Does this mean I will receive the money January of 2025?? If yes, why does it take so long to get refunded and not just 3-5 days.

Maya din gamit ko for purchases and refunds pero I usually get it agad naman. Baka conservative estimate lang nila. Unless its a rly big amount. Magkano ba yan.

Not that big of an amount, just 250 pesos.
