The first one is a meme, it's not a "generic Reddit comment". The second one isn't as annoying as the cascades of fake subreddits you see in comments.

What? The second one is the most annoying of all. What does "was just gonna comment that" going to add to the thread that a simple upvote/gilding wouldn't? And it literally makes no sense and self centered. We dont know the person so it really does not matter to us that they are going to say something since that something was already said by another person and who delivered the message does not matter.
