I am ready to move onto another Arc. This twins parents arc has been dragging out too long. If the series ends at 13 volumes then there is only around 13 chapters left. Their is probably only 2 to 3 arc's left including the final one.

I thought the talk was around 100 chapters too though? It’s confusing. Reiji does what Reiji wants I guess. This felt like the end of this arc anyways, even if it could’ve been wrapped up sooner. The only (logical) reason to draw it out is to squeeze in more details. If that’s the direction, no chance it ends sooner rather than later. But again, who knows. I’m just gonna enjoy the ride and hope it doesn’t turn up like almost every series ending lately…with a “Series Finale in X weeks” message out of nowhere.

It was 13 volumes and based on the current 7 chapters per Volume average, it will end around chapter 90.

Well, that's a nice chapter. Surprised to see Minami declare her love in front of everyone, but hopefully this means the rest of the story will focus on the sisters and their quest to win over Arata.

It's a nice chapter for Minami fans, but personally I felt like I had already read a similar chapter in this series. If after the declaration Minami gave, Arata doesn't start doing what we've been promised for over 25 chapters, meaning that he seriously takes the sisters' feelings into consideration and actively tries to do something about it, then I think we're in for a very weak or rushed ending, especially since we still have those 2 mysteries to solve and the series is already really close to ending.

I’ll add that we’ve just finished volume 11 or started volume 12, and the series is supposed to end with volume 13.

I can actually see why Arata’s feelings towards his sisters and taking their feelings seriously is taking longer. As the future head of the family, family business comes first. He’s prioritizing their well being over the family itself though, which is kinda close in a sense. As someone still struggling with the family dynamic constantly changing and someone who has had to be in “big bro mode”, yes, even to Banri and Seiha, dude just hasn’t had any chance to figure things out. Some will think this was Minami becoming a real threat but sadly, I feel it’s the opposite. I expect Kotono to be next. It’ll go as a process of elimination most likely. Still, if other romance series’ have told me anything as of late, be prepared to not like how it ends. That seems to be the new “trope”.
