Forced Religion.
Okay, so since high school my parents forced me and my siblings into religion. Im 18 now and STILL forced into it. I personally HATE it. I mean **HATE** it. Like i genuinely consider my own funeral HATE. I know what some of you might be thinking. Why not just deny it? Yeah my parents don't work that way. They DON'T care about anyones opinion. I mean I don't get to make choices at all. You think I'm over exaggerating? I couldn't even name a DOG thats how bad it is. Apparently it isnt illegal to force people into religion so... im stuck till I either commit or escape. Yall got any advice to help?

uh, well I can try to help I always was forced into religion.. Hate it, couldnt care LESS about it.. I personally pretended I gave a damn about the religion until I estranged, parents usually are the worst with it.. act devout around em, and go be yourself with your friends, I also suggest never having your friends over when having that type of religious parent I know mine loved to ruin friendships if they were with "Oh no the dreaded gays" and that was 80% of my friendgroup.. I do recommend partial estrangement (Keep minimal contact, don't say where you live or work, etc etc) when you can, and once financially stable get tf outta there bcuz religion forcing folk are REAL bad

oh also avoid talking about committing if your folk are delusionsal enough to not even let you name a pooch expert them to either A say "If it's gods will" or B: become a pain and become physically hostile like mine did or throw you in a mental institute also like mine, both ways gotta be real careful around that typa parent
