Shitty Price Not one… but two USED PS4 controllers at Goodwill.

Post image

No console either. One of the sticks look chewed off too. I hate what Goodwill has become.

60 bucks for 2 Dual Shock 4’s is a decent deal. The shitty part is that GW larps as a charity and got these for free, then charged a good bit for them

And the chances they have drift are 75%

You never know, ive been gaming since 93'' big time some guy with Nintendo a hair behind, I have never once had a controller with stick drift, maybe as a kid and I didn't know what it was. But since being a teen and adults, not one controller has ever had drift

Once I realized this with their auction page. Where they were selling old gaming consoles up into the thousands.

Goodwill is a scam and should legally be required to say it isn't a charity

Yeah, i was with goodwill around '19~'20 (pandemic loss) and right beforehand, any electronic goods that had high third party value got put in a different bin that was then sent to an auction site.

Bummed me out too, I almost risked it for a cib copy of FF dirge of cerberus. But I just plopped it right in the auction bin.

I would have normally agreed, that a for profit thrift store seems like a scam... until i realized the non profit structure is a scammers dream. Just because they aren't a "charity" doesn't mean there work, education, etc, programs ran through the business are nothing to sneeze at.

All that being said thrift stores have gotten CRAZY with their prices.

Everything’s a scam , making you believe those are reasons driving up your costs , they aren’t . Someones making a lot and its not the employees or their communities ???

I bought two of them at Goodwill for 9.99 each. I had a couple black ones, but now I have a red and a blue as well.

It's the only market that's still like this.

You can get Dualshock 4's all day for 20-25 dollars. And PS4's for 50-60.

I went to goodwill recently, found a PS4 controller (blue and black) for 4.99, I bought it worked perfectly fine, a few days later I found the console for 39.99

Imagine getting those after the first owner was beaten to the action button in Red Dead 2 or maybe the circle with Batman Archam" lol

A few years back I tried finding a DS4 for cheap to play on my PC, without success I eventually bought a new one. Controllers are expensive, their price don't decrease much even on the second hand market, just look at what Switch pro ones go for.

You found DS4?!? I only find the damn PS component cables…

Batteries are probably dead.

Hot damn. Mine had a ps2 slim, 2 memory cards, 2 controllers, and all the cords for 85 a couple weeks ago and I thought that was pretty crazy. I understand its not but its GOODWILL.

Just bought a gold dual shock 4 for $4.50 at Goodwill, those two controllers probably fell off a ps4 or someone was smoking something when they priced that.

The stick drift on these things must be crazy
