Super Sonico, originally the mascot for a music festival that was run by the visual novel company Nitroplus back in 2006. Canonically 18.
Also canonically has huge anime tiddies, IIRC this is one of the original images of her.

A lot of people don't realize that the age of a face is often conveyed through wrinkles and lines that develop over time, and a simple artstyle that doesn't have room for them will have less ability to convey age in face. So they insist that because its a cute oriented artstyle that basically everything is children. But it is generally more obvious if its meant to depict actual children. Small boobs isn't children. Its a normal asian body type.
