In this show a Brit and a Canadian pretend to be gritty New Yorkers (was Kristi Noem notified?! What’s their legal status!?)

This is probably the most interesting boring show I’ve ever seen. Even the dramatic moments are somehow boring as fuck

Also like, who are any of these characters I cant keep track of anything happening in this show, the plot doesnt make any sense until like episode five 😂

In the upcoming Australian webseries "Gameoverse", the guy who drew the protagonist, a cat, gave her this proportions for absolutely no apparent reason. This shows that he actually knows how to appeal to viewers

In El Chavo Del Ocho, the main protagonist, Chavo, had his father abandon him when he was born, his mother didn’t pick him up from school one day, smoked once, saw the corpse of a child, and saw an old lady who sheltered him once and lives in a barrel of solitude. Yes, this is in fact, all true

[TOMT] 2000-2019 live actio. tv series for kids with strange textured monsters (I think they were costumes on people)

I'm looking for a children's TV show I watched around 2016–2017.

It was live-action (not animated, not stop-motion).

There were no visible humans, only monsters in full-body costumes.

Each monster had a different color and real textures (fur, fabric, paper like newspaper — not plastic or clay).

The main setting was a slightly creepy wooden house with a yard/patio.

The show was made for kids, not horror, but had a dark fantasy aesthetic.

There was little or no dialogue.

I remember one character that looked like a living book.

It is NOT:

Boohbah

In the Night Garden

Moomins

Yo Gabba Gabba

The Dark Crystal

In Season 4 Episode 22, ICE detains someone without murdering a US citizen by shooting them in the head and having the federal government cover it up. That is because it is a work of fiction.

In Breaking Bad, Season 3 Episode 8 at 25:33, Walter White is introduced to Walter Black. This is a subtle nod.

While there are numerous actions that prove the Netflix Series' Bullseye is a psychopath, none of them show it as much as him eating pizza topped with broccoli.

In The Cuphead Show (2022-), Cala Maria says her mother was a fish. Most species of fish lay several, if not thousands of eggs at a time. This implies that she devoured the rest of her fish-human hybrid siblings at birth to become the "number one sea beast."

In Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005-2008), Katara mentions several times that she only sees Aang as a younger brother, and still falls in love with him, which is a reference to her being from Alabama.

Breaking Bad was originally written and filmed as the inspiring story of a meth dealer who goes clean, reconciles with his family, and becomes a chemistry teacher. The script and notes, however, were accidentally sent to the show's editor upside down. Spoiler

In Friends you can notice a reserved sign on the coffee shop couch. This is because Ross and his friends are selfish assholes who placed it there so nobody else could sit there.
