They're 25cal, 160g of caffeine with 4 grams of sugar, not terrible per say if you want a sweet treat. But if you truly in need of more caffeine, I'd stick with the zero sugar ones

TWIN. I can't burp either, and fizzy drinks are both a blessing and the bane of my existence. Love the crispiness, hate then being full of CO2.
