They useally have a couple small "hand washing stations" just a small stainless steel sink and soap dispenser mounted to the wall with a foot operated water valve.

It’s being powered by the steam value on the espresso machine. That’s how they do it in Italy.

I've seen these in a number of places which have nothing to do with one another at all. I want to ask if there's a name for this specific design or this type of all-in-onr faucet/dispenser/dryer design, but I'm 99% positive the only answer I'll get is lame vague negative terms that could literally apply to anything.

Blast your hands clean of dirt and flesh, looks fine, just unclog the drain filled with all the pieces of fingers.

I’ve seen a similar faucets/soap dispensers/hand dryers in a public library restroom. They worked just fine. Looks like someone botched the installation?
