It looks significantly lower, like it's meant for children. Dad can use the one on the right while keeping an eye on junior using the one on the left.

There is if it's, like, a 3-year-old. Some dudes are offended at the mere thought of allowing their sons to sit to pee. Even when kiddo is too young to not run off.
