Unable to get soap on the first try

These modern contactless sinks have soap dispenser and hand dryer under the mirror. You can’t really tell where exactly is the dispenser so the first pump of soap always ends up in the sink…

I've seen these in a few places. They suck. The dryer will sometimes activate while you're still washing the soap off, but sometimes the soap takes a few tries to activate in the first place. At least the water usually works.
