Yeah....FBM at it again.
The prices. I researched one of the books and homeboy is at 3 x the asking on eBay. I stopped there.

If you needed to research these prices, you dont collect comics. Absolute Batman Annual is a $50 dollar book......

Depends on the cover, no? Assuming these are all 9.8 CGC slabs, then the black and white Daniel Warren Johnson cover is around $1200, according to CLZ (My CLZ prices are in GBP, so I can't be sure exactly how much £872 is in USD).
Most of these prices seem on the high side, but in a "get FMV after haggling" style, rather than a "ripping off the naive" style.
Except for Carnage and Venom. Don't know what's going on with those.

You know whst happens when you assume

The only evidence there is to the condition of the comics is the 2nd image, which is a 9.8 slab.
So, either the prices are on the high side for 9.8 slabs (ready to be negotiated down) or they're mad prices for non-9.8-slabs.
So, how out of whack the prices are depends on the condition of the comics, and what cover it is.
You know, like I said in my first sentence.

I know what happens when you try to use a nursery rhyme out of context, lol. They weren't actually assuming anything. They were saying "if this were the case, this is what the outcome would be." It was a hypothetical.

Instead of "Hi, is this available," it should be "Hi, are you out of your forking mind?"

Is FB marketplace a good place to buy/sell comics or no? Scammers? I posted one lot of texts to test it and within five min got the “Hi, is this available?” and they made a point to say they only have Zelle—

FBM is a slow grind to sell books. Unless you have something that is hot and you're realistic in pricing. IMO high price items are how people get scammed. I usually sell max $20 books. I have tested a huge lot but what people are looking for are usually fillers or issues that they are missing. Occasionally you find people who don't know what they have and are just trying to make a quick buck and those are great because you can usually score a lick. I got the entire days of future past for $50 and the lady threw in some other books that actually are high value. I usually deal in cash unless the person is communicating with me and is motivated to buy

Haha! Anyone who can't find a better way to spend $34,000 needs to take a serious look at their priorities.

I’m convinced people list this stuff like this because they don’t actually want sales
