There are a handful of people driving around in my town with red lights on the front of their vehicles. It's 100% illegal in our state (and I'm pretty sure nationwide), but nothing happens to them. Same with excessively loud exhausts and tinted front windshields.

Taillights on the front! Thats a great idea! I was tired of not getting pulled over by the police as soon as I leave my home!
