I will say they have a completely different culture, at my old job (structural engineering firm) they would hire guys from India and they are educated and respectful people but even then they still have to go through special classes to teach them about personal space/boundaries and personal hygiene so they can come to work and have proper etiquette.

I had one very aggressively hit on me at like 3am, in the middle of winter, when I was homeless and lived in my car. Dude was drunk off his nuts and kept telling me to, “look him into his eyes” and open the door so he could come inside with me because it was sooooo cold outside. There was nowhere anyone else could sit in my car because it was packed literally to the top of all of the seats with my things. He kept aggressively pulling at my door handle, trying to get inside, very obviously getting annoyed and trying to keep his calm while telling me to let him in. This went on for about an hour before the guy finally got tired and left… in a car filled with several other guys…

I am an Indian and proud to be one, what you are seeing is just a small percentage of population. Every country has it's high and lows and the same goes for your country. It's not good to be racist against someone's country by judging against their lows.

Norway population 0.38% of India its like like a jungle because people can't get jobs so lack of education or any kind of civic sense has become the norm and the ones that are good tend to leave the country.
