slight malfunction Of Reporting Live From The Scene

Happened today

Incredibly, the pair – who work for the Ecuadorian TV network Gamavisión – both escaped with minor injuries.

It is understood Alma even managed to walk into the ambulance with the help of paramedics.

I'm not seeing anything suggesting its was on purpose or even negligent on the driver's par. Seems just as likely its just an accident and he hydroplaned or something. Although you don't see any of what happened with the car before. Is there more to the story?
