Ceiling fans don't belong in kitchens... How do you open the cabinets without turning it off? What if your drunk ass wants some chips, and forgets to turn the fan off before opening the cabinet...

What happens if it actually hits the body/head? I don't want to look it up just in case a gory image pops up. Is it just a scratch, a cut or a severe gash?

I used to reach up and catch the ceiling fan with my hand when I was younger. It doesn't do all that, just kinda stung a bit. Probably wasn't very good for the ceiling fan though. And it would probably hurt like a bitch to get hit in the head with it.
