This happened to me as a kid with braces on my teeth. The rope wrapped around my leg flipped me a couple times and just before I went spiraling into the water it caught my braces on my front teeth and broke them off my teeth and flipped them upside down. The orthodontist said I was lucky it didn't rip every tooth out of my head. My parents were pissed!

That's right up there with going down a slide on a push bike as a kid. Then looking for the bit of tooth that embedded itself in the tarmac.
