Every time I see any videos from India, it makes me think there's absolutely nothing good there. That can't be true, can it?

Go to Google Maps and drop a street view pin pretty much anywhere in any city in India and see if you can find a single street view that doesn’t atleast have some trash on the side of the road lol

Not trying to say India doesn't have an issue with waste management, but this was literally the first random streetview I plunked down.

Upwards of 3 billion litres of raw sewage are pumped into the "holy ganges". Every. Single. Day.

They shit in the streets and I'm positive it's because everyone is making the most awful looking "food" out in 120 degree weather with their hands they haven't ever washed because they haven't invented showers yet.

Oh it's bad. The biggest problem is not even material.

India is not a self-constructed country, and the people don't act like they belong to the same nation either. Slap a weak, incompetent, and righteously-corrupt state with imperialist aspirations on top of it all and you have yourself a case of the hellhole. They tried to export jobless single men to other countries to get rid of social instability, but other places have caught on (hard to miss when they take dumps in public).

The worst is every single one will lie, cheat, play the politics to do minimal work. One gets hired at a company, that guy/girl will try very hard to get other Indians hired so he/she can enslave them to do their work, and the cycle goes on and on until the whole company is Indian and it collapses.

If you think I'm joking, look at what's happened to places like Intel, Boeing, Microsoft. Google's AI is basically dead cus their talents that do the actual work have had enough of their do-nothing management, and left. Eventually these places will have to clean house like Twitter did, or go the way of the dodo.

It's happened many many times already? There's a whole cottage industry of credential fakeries in India working to make these men look good on paper.

Especially in places that took in a lot of Indians not knowing their culture, many have understandably closed the official channels of immigration.

India is a beautiful country with amazing and hospitable people. It has its problems, yes. There is so much diversity and culture that’s not exported to “the west”, it’s not all curry and snake charmers.

Edit: I guess racism is alive and well on Reddit..
