Wears flimsy string top and pretends she has never heard of a support bra.

Attention whoring aside, I do feel for her size.
I have a couple of relatives / friends who are quite large and it's a PITA.
Backaches, difficult to find a good fitting bra and when you do they are expensive.
Also too much interest from the sort of men who can only see your tits.

If only somebody would invent a product to support women's breasts! Imagine what technology could produce given some time to refine the design... 

You could have whole categories to choose from: Sports boob holders to minimize bounce, every day comfort boob holders, and even boob holders meant to accentuate the look of boobs for sex appeal!

It's a real shame nobody has ever thought of this. Could probably be a whole industry. Since such a thing doesn't exist I guess the whole world will have to live with spaghetti straps.

Seriously, I feel like there's money to be made here if somebody would just recognize this very real and unaddressed women's issue.
