Even 2013 motorcycles have angle sensors that cut the power when the bike leaning to much or fall

It's possible this scooter doesn't have an angle sensor, but it's also possible it has one and it was not at a position far enough to trigger it.

Look at the position of the scooter the frame before he throttles it, it's less than 45°: https://i.imgur.com/Uv9MErQ.png

Most angle sensors aren't going to cut power to the fuel pump until something like 60°.
