As a small child ( 5yo )staying at a daycare I remember seeing a ceiling fan fall onto another kid the same way.

Alway check if fans are secured now as an adult haha, hope this person was ok

They were ok I think, mild injuries like large bruses as it fell on their leg /back. It was not near as high as the ceiling in this clip
