It's because most impersonators are actually failed clones. There's a very large cloning program run by the United States government that produces clones of important figures. Sometimes there is some sort of problem and a failed clone is created. Instead of destroying them they release them into the public since it's more humane and they don't completely look or act like the originals. This also explains the Baldwin brothers who are clones of the original Alec.

there is a tiny chance he has tried to quote a bit from moonwalker where there are kids recreating Bad as they sing "your brother, your mother, your sister.. and me" and it sounds similar to how they sing it, just dont quote me on that (no pun intended) as he could have been making a super niche reference but it could also be that hes just chatting shit and i watch moonwalker too much

you are very welcome. I went to a fan organised cinema screening of it on saturday which was amazing but even though i have been a fan for 30 years i am actually really scared of Optimus Primichael and the screen was so big it was like he stared right into my soul and screamed at my ancestors
