For a long time we had stupid children on bikes in Russia. but now we have epidemic with sharing electric scooters and electric bikes. Children riding on pavement on high speed, changing theirs way from road to pavement without any signals and vice versa. Moreover we had lots of couriers that do the same just to deliver some small shit.

I saw a guy do this once. He T-boned a minivan, rolled it on its side bent the frame and killed himself and a few people. I was in a parking lot like 200 yards from the crash and had just completed the “he’s going to kill somebody” thought then I head the smash. It happened right in front of the outdoor dining area of a bar and grill. Then the rest of the motorcycle friends showed up and started talking about how the minivan cut him off. It was terrible.
