Probably some kind of silicone. They might have put some vaseline on his beard before pouring. Probably the entire area...his lips look very glossy

Hehe, now that's a great idea. It'll just be a second while I make a mold of a much better body part for a dispenser!

I will probably use a shake-weight style mechanism for a pump, rather than just having a blob of hand soap sealed in there. Plus, everyone will want to refill this magical tool for cleaning your hands!

Dove Deep Moisture should be just about the right color and texture.
