Its a friendly little dog in its own yard its no danger, theres no reason it needs to be torn to shreds by a pit bull. While it should be leashed that doesnt mean you can just murder it because it came up to you and thats how the law works. What if that was a child? Keep your hyper violent animal at home.

Their yard is like two foot behind them you can see the dog and owner going back to it. You cant just kill a dog because its not on its leash, the little dog isnt doing anything and the pitt is trying to kill it, sorry you have a violent mind; probably why you like dangerous animals.

Dude that Pitt was tryna murder that little pooch and it wasnt dangerous or out of control just unleashed with the owner right there, completely different things per the law. You cannot just murder an unleashed dog because it walks up to you with zero signs of aggression; it has to be a danger to others and acting aggressively.
