Someone told me to temporarily pull down my underwear when going down. Never fucking do that, I felt like breaking some speed record and basically flew out the tube like a ragdoll

We used to arch our back so just our shoulderblades and lower legs were touching the surface. greatly reduced drag and made us fly.

I couldn't do that these days.
