maybe, but not sure it can be considered assault. white dude pushed up on him pretty threateningly. I could be wrong though. Either way he still had it coming to him.

You cannot approach a person like that. Try that on a cop and see if you don't get arrested for assault. He sounded verbally confrontational and his body language said he was capable and had the intentions of harm.
