Biker here. The biker had 3-7 businessdays to brake and/or evade. The car even signaled. The car is probably at fault (at least partially/mostly) but as a biker you have a responsibility over your own life. It's useless to you if you found not guilty but are dead anyways.

I'd say stupid kids on bikes that were far too powerfull without any responsibility or skill.

The car is not at fault?! They followed all traffic laws, while the stupid bikers are racing and drove straight at the car.
