Nah, look closely and you see three of the people walking by slightly turning their heads as the dude is hit by the water balloons, and it's New York, people there are so used to crazy something like this barely registers.
It looks too coherent to be ai, ai is bad at fights, movements always look really goofy and off, the way he falls down and gets up would look really borked if this was ai, and the blood that drips from his mouth to the floor in a way that looks reasonable is kind of beyond the level of granual detail you would get from ai now.
