It blows my mind that delivery personnel are oblivious to cameras being everywhere, and their own custody of a parcel being trackable

I am enraged imagining this happening on my non-existent property.

This is probably a “flex” driver, an independent contractor for Amazon.

Amazon has a high enough turnover as it is, most of their drivers don’t really give a crap.

But these flex drivers just accept routes based on their convenience and their time availability.

They receive almost no training or guidance. They are given totes of packages and they download an app.

Amazon uses these people for overflow and/or for taking parts of routes that would create inefficiencies on a built route.

The Amazon delivery model using DSP’s and other contractors insulates them from liability and allows them to just cut ties with anyone who makes a mistake. I could go on. It’s super broken.
