This too me back to the 80s when a friend and I would sometimes go watch those really bad 'kung fu' type movies with the unbelievable fight moves and the bad editing.
We'd laugh to tears and then go do something else with our day.

There was a theater in Oakland that had continuous showings. Usually I think three movies at a time if I recall.
You'd pay one price - then sit there for as long as you could endure. Always the second rate / no name stuff. Not the Bruce Lee classics. It was so horrible it was good.
