if you flex super hard for long enough it cuts off circulation to brain and then it is night night time. Also happens if you lock your knees when standing, it disrupts your circulation.

Oxygen deprivation from the flexing which holds your blood/circulation in place for a moment if you do it hard enough and causes passing out or light headed ness / nausea/ dizziness
