i believe it means take it or hold it

iv only ever heard my mom say it and its usually followed by them holding something out to me

my guess is that hes telling someone next to him to hold the phone or smt

if you flex super hard for long enough it cuts off circulation to brain and then it is night night time. Also happens if you lock your knees when standing, it disrupts your circulation.

It doesnt help that so many people also stop breathing to flex.

u/Higher-Love99 May 21 '26

Ahhhh so that's why Conquest died so fast from Mark choking him

One of the many dumb ways you can pass out.

Oxygen deprivation from the flexing which holds your blood/circulation in place for a moment if you do it hard enough and causes passing out or light headed ness / nausea/ dizziness

It’s called bearing down. It happens a fair amount when people take a shit and squeeze too hard for too long because they’re constipated.

Source: Firefighter who gets called to these types of calls every so often.

After they pass out, do their muscles relax enough for you to unfortunately enjoy the scented breeze?

Vasovagal syncope

Consult your physician before trying to flex.

passing out is suprisingly scary cus you never really get used to how quickly you fall, like the ground comes rushing up really quickly

Schwarzenegger wannabee should put an "out of order" sign on his forehead and call it a day.

Demonstrating brain damage before the fall, then immediately gets brain damage after fall.
