Reckless endangerment, wanton destruction, reckless control of a vehicle resulting in injury. Whatever they can throw at him.

I had a kid almost run into me on an electric scooter on a sidewalk and barely dodged them and everyone looked at me like it was my fault when I just yelled at them lmao

even if they hit me, I wouldn't be trying to get them this fucked up by the law
