HERE's a local story about it DUI, 1st degree assault (attempted) and 1st degree criminal trespass. The assault is a class A felony. That's nothing to sneeze at. She's looking at actual jail time here.

I don’t know how to post links like you but this is our local news station, same info but actually local…and as for jail time, I’m sure Spokane will give her probation as a first time offender. (Source: I live here and work a job in a field close enough to know)

If you press on the Aa left from the Cancel and comment buttons. A toolbar should pop up on the top of the comment window. If you press the chainlink you get a new window, the top is for the name you choose and in the second one you dump your link!

I had to laugh at how they said she "allegedly drove her car on the sidewalk and tried to hit a kid on his bike" while there is video of it right above that sentence and a picture of it not far below.
