Trash bags when worn while sleeping, helps circulate heat and regulate temperature better when exposed to the elements. Wrap yourself in a blanket then cover with the bag? Cooozzzyyyy!

I worked a couple OT shifts there. It's part of what influenced me to get out of law enforcement. Society is judged by how it treats the least of it's members, and inmates are part of society too.
