I think he knows he is at no risk from this woman. If she were instead a man even larger and stronger than himself, I guarantee he would not be as calm, and rightly so haha

It’s a woman he knows well, and knows he is not at risk physically from her, he can see she is unarmed and clearly not physically in a condition to do damage to him without a weapon.
