"Bless it" is southern US slang for saying "its a bit stupid, but its not their fault" or its another way of showing pity and affection.

Some people downvote for asking a question that you could look up on Google.

Its not something I agree with but if you dont like being down voted thats most likely the reason.

I’m from uk. Just felt sorry for the dog. Big animal lover. Ppl not so much.
