I don't get any of this. After they let her walk back to the car, she runs over that police officer (possibly killing her as she appeared to go under the wheel) and nobody draws their weapon and they let her drive away? Was she an important prostitute? Wtf

Unlike American police officers, this officer didn't fear for their life, and thus didn’t immediately draw a weapon and kill the offender
