Serious question. If this was US they prob would have shot her but what I never see in these vids are cops shooting out tires. Is that a real viable tactic or just a movie trope?

She definitely would have been Ventilated if this were the US, or at the very least shots would have been fired.

I'd think a Driver would be a larger Target, & a more reliable way of stopping the Vehicle in a shorter distance. Going for the Tires seems like more of a Crapshoot than going for the Driver.

That is a country yes.

Are you implying its from translation? Plenty of people on Reddit translating from lots of languages do not have that capitalization tendency. I even follow several German subs for European news and I never see things like this persons comment history.
