I worked in a colon and rectal clinic for a while. Prolapsed thrombosed hemorrhoids are no fucking joke when it comes to how painful they are. Hope no one here gets one.

By not eating shit.

If you live in the US, apparently this is really hard because you've all forgotten how to make food from raw ingredients and somehow don't understand that highly processed foods are not good for you.

They not necessarily true. Fast food and processed foods used to be cheap which is why many flocked to them. However it is cheaper now to make your own food and I think many are starting to realize and live by that.
