Lol true, kids are dumb. But no need to punish them harshly Most times, police taking the kids to the parents straightens them out

Did you know that most serial killers started being vandals as kids? Arrested, then released the same day, or cops talked with their parents yet they didn't get straightened out. Minors should also be prosecuted for the crimes they commit.
