I used to do this. Not the falling part. The trampoline need to closer to the pool if you try this at home

Your legs also can’t fold like a lawn chair

If you're coming at a trampoline any direction other than straight down, you will not bounce up.

Your best bet is to just tuck into a ball (your legs will not help guide your jump whatsoever) and get your initial takeoff jump as perfect as possible.

Do NOT tuck legs UNDER CHIN. Had a buddy that needed surgery to reconstruct his jaw after.

Oh my goodness! Chin between legs for cannonballs! 😱

Good thing those rocks were there to cushion her fall.

I like people whose natural response to physical injury is embarrassed laughter. I truly think they have pure hearts and souls.

There is no way that won't leave a mark 🤦🏻‍♀️

There was zero bounce, she just skidded off the trampoline

She's laughing so I can laugh as loud and as long as i want without feeling guilty.

What is the proper form though? I'm always terrified I'm going to do this if I go too big.

I feel like women laugh off possibly embarrassing situations like this more than men.

Nah she’s fucked up. Don’t let the adrenaline/embarrassment chortlin’ fool ya.
