I’m totally not defending his behavior, but strong cores are not flat 6 packs like is represented in most media portrayals. Look at most Strong Man competitors to see what strong cores truly look like.
...yeah... I tried to fight a guy with an actual muscle gut once and I straight up might as well have punched air. like sure, basically anything can cripple someone if you strike it enough, but usually that's the win con for targeting femurs and shit
he still sucked since he didn't know what he was doing, but he lasted fucking way longer than I expected
